​ A dedicated psychiatric nurse recognized for his hard work and social media influence, he has made significant contributions to mental health awareness. After studying at the Southeastern Finland University of Applied Sciences and training at Siu Sote, he graduated as a nurse in 2019. Currently working in mental health and substance abuse services at Outokumpu, he focuses on promoting men's mental health and challenging stereotypes through social media. His efforts have been influential in reducing stigma and encouraging men to seek psychiatric treatment. He also hosts the Miekö miepä podcast, where he addresses mental health topics from both expert and lay perspectives. He will speak to mental health challenges and coping strategies.
