Elsi Dwi Hapsari, B. N., M. S., D. S., has served as the head of the Research Department at the Central Board of the Indonesia National Nurses Association since 2015. Her role involves formulating policies aimed at enhancing research capacity and optimizing publications for journals, proceedings, and conferences, for Indonesian nurses. She completed her undergraduate degree at the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Indonesia, Jakarta, in 2000 and went to earn her Master of Science degree in 2007 and her Doctor of Science degree in 2010 from Kobe University Graduate School of Health Sciences, Kobe, Japan. Since 2000, she has been a nursing lecturer in the Department of Pediatric and Maternity Nursing, Faculty of Medicine, Public Health and Nursing, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta, Indonesia specializing in maternity nursing. Additionally, she has been a member of the Indonesian Nurses Collegium at the national level since 2024.
