Dr Aisyahton Suhaimi is passionate about healthcare research and education. She had accumulated a wealth of experience and knowledge in many facets of nursing practice, teaching, and leadership throughout the course of her more than 30-year career. Her pursuit of higher education, motivated by a dedication to quality, resulted in a Master of Nursing from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Shah Alam, Selangor, and a PhD in Nursing, establishing her as a preeminent expert in the area. She shaped the Malaysian Nurses Association's direction and priorities throughout her distinguished career. Her tenure in the association has been highlighted by several successes and initiatives to advance nursing and advocate for nurses nationwide. Her diverse contributions to nursing demonstrate her commitment to improving practice, education, and advocacy. She has persisted in encouraging and enabling nurses to improve healthcare results and the quality of life in the communities they serve.
