Gaetan Lafortune is a Senior Economist in the OECD Health Division. For many years, Mr. Lafortune has coordinated the OECD publication “Health at a Glance”, including the chapter on health workforce. He was also the lead author of the chapter on “Supporting health workforce recovery and resilience” in the 2023 OECD publication “Ready for the Next Crisis? Investing in Health System Resilience” and the co-author of 2024 OECD Health Working Paper on recent developments in advanced practice nursing in primary care in OECD countries.
