Dr. Heljä Lundgrén-Laine, RN, PhD, Associate Professor, eMBA, Chief Nursing Officer. She has served as the President of the Finnish Nurses Association in a position of trust since 2023. Heljä Lundgrén-Laine is the CNO at the Wellbeing Services County of Central Finland, Jyväskylä. She has a comprehensive background in clinical nursing, with a particular focus on adult intensive care. She has been affiliated with the Department of Nursing Science at the University of Turku, where she has contributed to both teaching and research. Dr. Heljä Lundgrén-Laine holds the title of Associate Professor at the University of Turku, Finland. Additionally, she is actively engaged in several nursing and nursing science networks, both in Finland and internationally.
