Hera is a distinguished leader with a dynamic career marked by leadership, innovation and academic contributions in nursing. As the Group CNO at AlMoosa Health in Saudi Arabia, Hera has led transformative initiatives elevating nursing standards locally and internationally. Under her leadership, the hospital achieved Magnet Recognition and the first PTAP fellowship outside of the USA. Hera holds a PhD in Nursing at King’s College London, focusing on long-term outcomes of ICU survivors. With a Master’s degree from Duke University and a Bachelor from American University of Beirut, Hera's expertise in nursing leadership and critical care has been globally recognized. She holds multiple certifications, a Board-Certified Nurse Executive and trainer in Value-Based Healthcare. She is recognized for her vision, authentic leadership and commitment to innovation. She is a thought leader, regularly presenting at international conferences and leading initiatives that shape the future of health care.
