Step-by-Step Guide to access the Live Streaming Sessions

For the best experience, please use a laptop/desktop and access using Google Chrome.

Step 1: Login via the event website

Please log in with your registration email and password chosen during registration

Step 2: Click on Live Streaming

If you do not see the stream button if you were connected early, refresh the page.

Step 3.1: Watch the Live

(1) If you can't hear any audio or if the volume is too loud, please adjust your volume here.
(2) If you wish to change video quality, please click on the engine button.
(3) For a better viewing experience, please click on the 'full screen' button.
(4) You can maximize or minimize your video player by clicking on the blue arrow. Once enlarged, interactive features will be hidden to optimize your viewing experience.
(5) Click on the tab "Ask Questions" if you wish to ask a written question to the event team. Write your questions and click Submit".

* If you lose connection while the conference is being broadcasted, please refresh the page.

Step 3.2: Access breakout rooms.

Allow your camera and microphone to be able to talk and be seen on the call.

(1) Click on the microphone icon to mute and unmute yourself. And on the arrow on the side to choose which microphone to use.
(2) Click on the camera icon to show your video camera or to hide it. And on the arrow on the side to choose which camera to use.
(3) You can maximize or minimize your video player by clicking on the blue arrow. Once enlarged, interactive features will be hidden to optimize your viewing experience.
(5) Click on the tab "Ask Questions" if you wish to ask a written question to the event team.
(6) Click on "Reactions" and "Raise Hand" if you wish to speak during the meeting. Wait for the approval of the event speaker to unmute yourself.
