Glory Msibi
President, East Central and Southern Africa College of Nursing and Midwives
Dr Glory Msibi is the President of the East Central and Southern Africa College of Nursing and Midwives (ECSACONM) and a councillor of Pigg’s Peak Town in Eswatini. She served as Chief Nursing Officer in Eswatini's Ministry of Health, providing strategic policy direction for nursing and midwifery services. Dr Msibi founded the Swaziland Nurses Association, playing a key role in affiliating it with the Federation and securing a Recognition Agreement for nurses and midwives. With 22 years in clinical and primary health care, she has excelled in community health services. As Registrar for 12 years, she revised legislation and developed regulatory frameworks. Now, as President of ECSACONM, Dr Msibi leads the College’s transformation by expanding master's programmes, increasing visibility and building partnerships to strengthen nursing and midwifery in the region.
