Dr. Shanoja Naik, is the Director of the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario (RNAO) Research Unit (RRU). She leads and oversees a research team, ensuring innovation, design and execution of research projects that align with RNAO’s goals. The team develops and implements research strategies to drive innovations and supports data driven decision-making. Her current focus include methodological enhancements in guideline development, implementation and evaluation including artificial intelligence projects to support data driven solutions through real-world evidence and implementation strategies.She is passionate about research in quantitative and qualitative studies, statistical methods, time series modeling, and astrophysics. She holds positions in academic sectors and the editorial board of peer-reviewed journals.
