Irmak Özer is a seasoned Public Affairs expert with over 15 years of experience forging impactful cross-sector partnerships across governments, international agencies, NGOs, and civil society. She specializes in global development, with a strong focus on advancing health outcomes in low- and middle-income countries.
Currently leading global partnership strategies, Irmak works closely with multilateral institutions and international organizations to align stakeholder priorities with organizational goals. She has cultivated and managed high-level relationships across the global health ecosystem and regularly represents her organization at major international forums, including the World Health Assembly and the United Nations General Assembly, where she also organizes strategic side events.
Irmak holds two master degrees that shape her global perspective and analytical approach: an MA in Southeast European Studies from the University of Athens and an MSc in Comparative Politics from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She earned her undergraduate degree in Social and Political Sciences from Sabancı University, complemented by academic experiences at Maastricht University (Erasmus program in European Studies) and Georgetown University’s Institute of International Politics and Economics.
